Carter was born and raised in Cary, North Carolina. His path to real estate began while earning a degree in Business Management at East Carolina University, where he discovered a love for marketing. He enjoyed learning how strategy and presentation can create real impact, and real estate quickly became the perfect way to combine that passion with his interest in homes, design, and the local market.

What excites Carter most about real estate is helping people make confident decisions about where they live. He prioritizes clear communication, attention to detail, and creating a smooth, enjoyable experience for every client.

Outside of real estate, Carter enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, and staying active—whether at the gym or on long walks with his dog.
