She grew up in Virginia Beach, VA, a small military town where her father served as a lieutenant in the Navy. Rose graduated from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech, and after graduation, landed a role at The Late Show with David Letterman.

After The Late Show, she continued work behind the scenes alongside shows like Trading Spaces (the show which initially sparked her passion for homes and real estate) and quickly went from behind the scenes to behind the business at Comcast NBCUniversal. While there, she developed and implemented successful marketing strategies for major entertainment companies such as HBO Max, Netflix and Disney. Her extensive experience in negotiation and closing contracts with top-tier companies enables her to position properties in the market to achieve the best possible outcome. Rose's work with high-profile clients, including Taylor Swift and Katy Perry, has only strengthened her ability to provide exceptional service and care to all her clients. 

Rose is not only an exceptional real estate agent, but she is also a passionate coach of Kids Jiu Jitsu at Beacon Mixed Martial Arts, a gym she co-owns with her husband. Rose and her husband also enjoy sharing the mats with their son and helping kids develop the confidence and skills to become future leaders.
