As a practicing Interior Designer with 25 years of residential design and construction experience, a licensed REALTOR, and certified Myers Briggs administrator, Nicole is a professional house whisperer with a deep understanding of Home. She is known for uncovering her clients' unique style and creating intimate and emotional spaces that comfort and nurture. After designing and building countless custom homes throughout her career, it only made sense for her to bring her talent, process, and philosophy to real estate, where she can help buyers find their perfect home and expertly manage the due diligence process and transaction. Her experience designing model home interiors for a MAME Award-winning firm also gives her insight on preparing homes for sale, from small design projects to staging advice.

Samantha is a Raleigh native with extensive knowledge of the Triangle. Christianna Harvey started her real estate career in the relocation field moving executives all over the nation. After raising two kids, Christianna went back to real estate with Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty then moved to Brenda McIntyre Realty. After spending the past 3 years in real estate in New Jersey, Christianna has moved to North Carolina with her husband. Kimberly is a real estate professional who’s been involved in the industry since 1997. From working behind the scenes in title processing to working in commercial real estate, Kimberly brings a sense of expertise and focus on helping her clients through the home buying and selling process. Kimberly and her husband have been residents of Governors Club since 2008 along with their daughter and twin boys that keep them on their toes.
Connor J. Reside is an invaluable asset to the Bold Real Estate team. He began working for Bold in 2011, as an executive assistant and since then he has advanced not only his education, but also his role, by becoming the office manager of nearby Governors Club Realty. Most recently Connor has transitioned into a full time North Carolina Real Estate Broker.
George Winters grew up in Lincolnton, NC and attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa where he received a BA in History. Upon graduation, George began coaching basketball, both at the high school and collegiate levels. He later left coaching behind for the business world to work in sales.
