Kristine Holm Featured in VoyageRaleigh’s “Hidden Gems” Series

BOLD Real Estate’s Director of Operations, Kristine Holm, was recently featured in VoyageRaleigh’s Hidden Gems series, sharing more about her career in Triangle real estate, her leadership at BOLD Real Estate and Governors Club Realty, and the importance of giving back to the community she serves.

Kristine brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate and mortgage leadership to her role. Originally from New Jersey, she relocated to the Triangle in 2007 for an executive position with a national lender and quickly made the area home.

Since then, her career has grown alongside her involvement in the local real estate community. Kristine has served as Broker-in-Charge for BOLD Real Estate and Governors Club Realty since 2016 and has also taken on leadership roles within the Orange Chatham Association of REALTORS®.

In her conversation with VoyageRaleigh, Kristine shares what it takes to balance the many parts of her work, from leading two real estate firms to supporting agents, serving the broader real estate community, and helping guide the BOLD Foundation.

“When you’re clear on why the work matters, whether it’s getting a family into their dream home or making sure a child has a gift under the tree on Christmas morning, it’s a lot easier to decide what deserves your attention and what can wait.”

That sense of purpose is reflected throughout Kristine’s career. As a co-founder and board member of the BOLD Foundation, she helps support programs focused on underserved children in the local community, including school supplies, summer reading initiatives, and the Foundation’s annual Holiday Cheer program.

The feature also gives Kristine an opportunity to share more about the approach behind BOLD Real Estate and Governors Club Realty. Both firms are built around experienced agents, strong local knowledge, personalized service, and long-term relationships with clients throughout Chapel Hill, Chatham County, and the greater Triangle.
