We added five new agents to the BOLD Team, expanding our expertise and reach in the Triangle real estate market.
Four team members celebrated long-tenured anniversaries with the company, showcasing their dedication and commitment.
We helped more than 143 families find their dream homes, making homeownership a reality for many.
Our team was voted Best Real Estate Company in the 2022 Best of Chatham and Best of Chapel Hill Issues.
We enjoyed numerous team bonding activities, from taking on Boxcar in Durham to pool parties and a game day picnic at the office.
We held multiple events at our office, from our annual BOLD block party to our BOLD Open House, giving clients and community members a chance to connect with our team and learn more about the real estate market.
There were also many reasons to celebrate! From monthly birthday lunches to numerous holiday parties–we certainly had fun!
We also made time to give back to the community through our nonprofit, BOLD Foundation. This year our team volunteered at the ARC, helping the staff care for the animals, the Books on Break program for the CEF, Habitat for Humanity, and our annual Holiday Cheer program.
As you can see, there's never a dull moment at the BOLD office, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We look forward to another fun and successful year in 2023!
